If you see "Unable to open file" or "ขออภัย ไม่สามารถเปิดไฟล์ได้", it's usually because you are logged into multiple Google accounts.

  • Use Incognito/Private mode
  • Sign out of other Google accounts
  • Switch to the account that has permission
